1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all individuals engaging in any service offered through this website, including:
• Group retreats
• Private plant medicine ceremonies
• Microdosing & 1:1 coaching programs

No contract exists until a deposit or full payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.

2. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when:
• A deposit or full payment has been received
• Written confirmation has been sent by us
• Any required intake forms and agreements have been completed
Incomplete applications or unpaid reservations do not guarantee a place and remain subject to availability.
For retreats, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the retreat start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For private ceremonies or 1:1 programs, payment schedules will be outlined individually in your agreement.

3. Payment Terms
All prices are listed in Euros unless otherwise stated.
The full agreed amount must be received, regardless of currency fluctuations or third-party transfer fees. Any bank charges or processing fees are the responsibility of the client.
Failure to complete payment by the agreed deadline may result in cancellation of your place.
Personal information provided will only be used for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

4. Cancellations — Retreats
Deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel:
• More than 8 weeks before the retreat start date — your deposit remains non-refundable, but any additional payments may be transferable at our discretion.
• Less than 8 weeks before the retreat — the full amount is non-refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

5. Cancellations — 1:1 Programs & Private Ceremonies
Deposits for private ceremonies and 1:1 programs are non-refundable.
